Involves partnering with other contractors and specialists to complete specific aspects of the construction process. We focus on managing (as a developer) the overall project while subcontractors handle specialized tasks, such as electrical work, plumbing, or landscaping.
Design and Planning
We help with home design for creating unique living spaces that reflect the vision and lifestyle of our clients. From architectural planning to interior finishes, we ensure every detail is tailored to meet our clients' preferences .
Residential Construction
Once we receive the licenses we will begin construction of the individual 3--4-bedroom custom residential homes ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 sqft on 0,25-0,50 acre plots in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and other Charlotte County areas

AK Construction Group FL led by co-founders Kevin Anthony Hodgson and Kate Hodgson, have a notable history rooted in British construction sector.
Commencing in the United Kingdom in 2004, the company's journey began with the construction of houses extensions. Then we led of the construction projects in France and in the UK. Since 2022 we started our activities in South West Florida.
